Death toll from mudslide in China's Xian rises to 21

A mudslide in the northwestern city of Xian, China has left 21 people dead and six missing due to unusually high summer rainfall. The mudslide destroyed two houses and 900 households lost power. The State Flood Control and Drought Relief offered its services and discussed flood prevention and emergency response measures among the affected provinces.
