Researchers say Briton 'provoked' shark that mauled him to death

The death of a British driving instructor who was attacked by a shark off the Australian coast has been ruled a "provoked incident". Simon Nellist, from Penzance in Cornwall, became Sydney's first shark attack victim in nearly 60 years when he was mauled whilst training for a charity swim.
