MANILA, Philippines --- The northeast monsoon, locally known as amihan, and easterlies will bring overcast skies and weak rain showers in parts of the country on Sunday, according to the state weather bureau. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that the two weather systems will mainly affect residents in Northern Luzon and parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
