MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Office (LTO) said on Friday that the hotline of its Central Command Center will be unavailable on Saturday January 20, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. According to the LTO, this is due to maintenance works that will be done in the LTO Central Compound.
