On her Instagram account last Saturday, Jan. 13, Ruffa sought prayers for Alexa's recovery, while describing her as a "brave and beautiful soul" and a "devoted wife" to her brother. Ruffa's post was also accompanied by a video documenting her favorite moments with her sister-in-law, including their recent family trip to Japan and Alexa kissing Annabelle Rama on the cheek.
