MANILA, Philippines --- Philippine Airlines' flight PR424 (Manila - Haneda) has been put on hold after a Japan Airlines aircraft caught on fire at Tokyo's Haneda airport on Tuesday. PAL, in an advisory, said the flight is on hold until they receive further advice from the Haneda authorities that they are able to accept incoming flights.
