TOKYO, Japan ---President Ferdinand Marcos said he and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida are aiming to finalize the Reciprocal Access Agreement (RAA) between their countries "as soon as possible." "I think both the prime minister and I agree, ASAP (as soon as possible).
