CEBU CITY -- Four persons died while six others were injured when a fire destroyed a fireworks factory in Barangay Babag, Lapu-Lapu City on Monday afternoon, Dec. 11. The fatalities include the owner of the factory identified as Chito Berdin and three of his workers whose names have yet to be validated.
