MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga --- Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 3 (PDEA-3) arrested a suspected drug den operator and three other people during an anti-narcotics operation in Dau village here late Thursday, Oct. 26. In a statement, PDEA-3 identified the alleged drug den operator as Fernan Guevarra, 28. The other three people found inside the suspected drug den were identified as Necelyn Nunez, 40; Joel Manansala, 34; and Ariel Clinton, 28, all residents of this city.
