Cop in Pasay shooting surrenders to NCRPO

MANILA, Philippines --- An active member of the Philippine National Police (PNP) involved in a shooting of the brother of his live-in partner in Pasay City surrendered to authorities on Thursday, according to the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO). In a report, the NCRPO said Staff Sergeant Ruel Lacuesta, an active member of PNP who currently serves at the Regional Personnel Holding Admin Section and undergoing mandatory Public Safety Junior Leadership Course, turned himself in around 10 a.m. to its office.
