MANILA, Philippines --- The Miss Earth pageant is expected to welcome its biggest haul to date in this year's edition of the annual international competition that will be held in Vietnam in December, with at least 114 delegates from different parts of the world. The announcement was made in a grand press conference held at the Gem Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam on Oct. 16.
