MANILA, Philippines --- The Palace on Thursday announced several new appointments in government. In the Office of the president, Reichel Quiones was named as the Chief of Presidential Protocol and Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs. For the National Commission of Senior Citizens, Mary Jean Laoreche is the new commissioner.
