MANILA, Philippines --- An evening of music will kick off the month-long celebration of "The Filipino Festival" in October, with no less than "Soul Siren" Nina headlining the opening event. The sultry songstress will deliver her top hits that made her a multiple platinum-selling recording artist at "The Filipino Music Fest" at the 12 Monkeys Music Hall and Pub at Estancia Mall in Pasig City on Oct. 5.
