MANILA, Philippines --- Southwest monsoon, locally known as "habagat" will continue to affect western sections of northern and central Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) indicated in its weather bulletin on Saturday.
