MANILA, Philippines-Former Gilas Pilipinas captain Jimmy Alapag sent his best wishes Friday to the Philippine team hours before it debuted in the 2023 Fiba World Cup against the Dominican Republic at Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
