MANILA, Philippines --- Michael Cataroja just "came out of maximum security [compound] casually" along with other visitors of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). This was how the inmate -- initially reported missing on July 15 and then mistaken as the decapitated body discovered inside the septic tank on July 27 -- managed to escape from the country's main penitentiary, as narrated by a police official on Friday.
