LUCENA CITY --- Police arrested an alleged gunrunner in a buy-bust operation early Sunday in Sto. Tomas City in Batangas province. The Batangas police reported that an undercover police officer, who posed as a buyer, nabbed Norman Oco at 1:20 a.m. in Barangay Sta. Maria. The report said Oco, a construction worker and resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, offered an undocumented Armscor shotgun with five bullets to the police agent for P10,000. The police are investigating further to identify the source of the shotgun.
