LUCENA CITY -- A 16-year-old boy admitted killing a motorcycle rider who was found dead in a ravine in San Pascual, Batangas on Saturday. Aug. 6, according to the local police. Based on the police report, the suspect, during an investigation in the presence of his father, admitted that he killed Jake Pamudulan, 28, by strangling him with his bare hands on Aug. 3 at around 8:30 p.m. then dumped his body in the ravine.
