P680,000 shabu seized from elderly man in Pampanga
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga --- Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Luzon (PDEA 3) operatives arrested on Thursday, Aug. 3, a 63-year-old man for allegedly selling shabu (crystal meth) in Candaba, Pampanga. In a statement, PDEA 3 identified the suspect in a statement as Ernesto Cruz, a resident of Candaba. PDEA agents allegedly confiscated from the suspect some 100 grams of shabu with a street value of P680,000 in a buy-bust operation at Bahay Pare village. The marked peso bills used by the undercover agent in the sting operation were also recovered.
