MANILA, Philippines --- Malacaang has released a memorandum adopting the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan (PHFDP) 2020-2040, where local government units (LGUs) are urged to support the national government's initiatives by setting up health facilities in their respective jurisdiction. In a statement on Thursday, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) confirmed that Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 26 was signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, under the authority of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., last Tuesday.
