MANILA, Philippines --- Comedienne-turned-beauty queen Herlene Nicole Budol has been touted by many pageant pundits as a shoo-in for the 2023 Miss Grand Philippines title. But she is still facing tough competition from formidable contenders who have had experience and even fared well in various international beauty contests.
