Kim Nam-joon, also known as BTS' RM, was appointed as the public relations ambassador for South Korea's Ministry of National Defense for its Killed in Action Recovery and Identification (MAKRI) division on Thursday, June 1. Reports of RM's appointment was confirmed by his label, Big Hit Music, last May 31, where a special ceremony was held to celebrate his recent milestone a day later.
