LUCENA CITY --- Police rescued on Monday a female Chinese national in Sta. Rosa City in Laguna province after she was allegedly kidnapped by her compatriots in Paraaque City. In a report on Thursday, June 1, the Police Region 4A said one Carlos Delaro found at 10 a.m. the handcuffed victim, Zhong Jin Ming, crawling and asking for help, in front of his house inside a subdivision in Barangay Malitlit. Delaro also noticed the presence of a Chinese man. He immediately called the attention of his neighbors, who reported the incident to the local police.
