MANILA, Philippines---Blackwater got a strong start from Troy Rosario in claiming a 100-94 win over Terrafirma on Wednesday in the PBA On Tour at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City. Rosario scored 13 points in the first quarter before finishing with 20 while adding five rebounds in 23 minutes as the Bossing were victorious in their third game in the two-month exhibition series. It was the second appearance of the versatile big man in the series where he is looking to use it to get some of his old form back after playing just 10 games since being acquired from TNT in last season's Commissioner's Cup.
