MANILA, Philippines --- The Southern Police District (SPD) rescued 43 Indonesian and Malaysians from illegal detention and arrested seven suspects on Saturday in Paraaque City. The seven suspects were identified as Ong Kok Siang, 31; Guo Jinxie, 32; Zhangxiao Feng, 34; Micheal Aodi, 28; Chalvin Nashua Abetnego, 24; Joppy, 40; and Loi Shing-Hung aka Jerry Wang and aka Lou Xing Hong, 36. The 40 Indonesian and three Malaysian victims were allegedly detained by the suspects inside a Philippine offshore gaming operator site in Barangay Tambo, Paraaque City.
