LEGAZPI CITY --- Continuous rains brought by Tropical Depression "Amang" triggered landslides and flooding in Bula town in Camarines Sur on Wednesday afternoon (April 12). At around 4 p.m., the Bula municipal disaster risk reduction and management office (MDRRMO), said the Inoyonan -- Itagon Road in Barangay (village) Iniyonan was impassable to all types of vehicles after debris from a landslide covered both lanes.
