MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Thursday said that it will increase the number of transportation network vehicle service (TNVS) units operating in Metro Manila by as much as 10,300 starting April 17. "We deemed it vital to add TNVS slots at this time as more people go out for work or for leisure," said LTFRB Chairman Teofilo Guadiz III in a statement.
