MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga --- The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) will deploy more than 1,000 policemen on national highways and major roads in Central Luzon during Holy Week and the rest of summer as part of its annual Oplan Summer Vacation (Sumvac). "I gave directives to all provincial and city (police) directors in the region to ensure the safe and secure travel of motorists and commuters this coming Lenten Season and summer vacation.
