LUCENA CITY --- A young motorcycle rider died and three others were injured in a road mishap on Wednesday in Infanta town in Quezon province. Quezon police reported on Thursday, March 30, that a speeding motorcycle driven by Celso Francia, 23, a Civilian Armed Forces Geographical Unit (Cafgu) member, hit another motorcycle driven by a minor with two back-riders along the national road in Barangay Lual around 10 p.m. Both motorcycle drivers and the passengers suffered injuries and taken to Claro M.
