MANILA, Philippines --- Senator Robinhood Padilla and Leyte Rep. Richard Gomez on Thursday strengthened their call to amend the 1987 Constitution, specifically its economic provisions, likening their dynamic to that of "Cain and Abel" joining forces. In a press conference through the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) --- both of which are members --- Padilla reiterated his calls to amend the 1987 Constitution with Gomez.
