Rain to prevail in Mindanao, Eastern Visayas Wednesday due to LPA – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines --- The low-pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao will continue to bring rain to Mindanao and Eastern Visayas on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. The LPA was last spotted 370 kilometers east of Davao City, said Pagasa weather specialist Daniel Villamil. He added that it continues to have a low chance of developing into a storm, but it will still bring scattered rain over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.
