MANILA, Philippines --- The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Thursday clarified that the 100,000 slots it opened for Transportation Network Vehicle Services (TNVS) will mostly for motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles, and not just to one specific Transport Network Company (TNC). This came after a transport group claimed that the TNVS will only be offered exclusively to one TNC.
