MANILA, Philippines --- The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) is targeting to enroll 1.8 million trainees from their various technical vocational (tech-voc) courses this year. "The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is eyeing to train around 1.8 million Filipinos in various technical vocational courses in 2023," the agency said in a statement over the weekend.
