MANILA, Philippines --- The nationwide COVID-19 positivity rate is now at 2.1 percent, said Octa Research fellow Guido David on Tuesday. According to the Department of Health's (DOH) latest report posted the same day, there are also 10,228 active cases, with 116 more confirmed cases.
