Teenager rescued by PCG after being stranded at sea for hours

MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has rescued a 19-year-old man after he was stranded at sea for hours, said the agency on Tuesday. According to the incident report of PCG's Surigao del Sur station, the teenager went overboard in the vicinity waters off Lingig, Surigao del Sur, on Monday. "He was identified as a 19-year-old resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Sta. Felomina, Cateel, Davao Oriental, who accidentally fell and went overboard his motor-banca due to large waves and strong swell," said the PCG.
