Galvez: Military should remain relevant but must not always hog headlines

MANILA, Philippines --- Defense Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. on Monday reminded military personnel that while the country's armed forces need to keep itself relevant, it does not mean that it should always be in the news headlines. "We need to keep our organizations relevant at all times," Galvez said during his speech at the Department of National Defense flag-raising ceremony.
