ZAMBOANGA City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines --- The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Lazada riders who challenged the ruling of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and the Court of Appeals which found that there was no employer-employee relationship between them and online shopping app. According to a statement released Saturday, the SC Second Division, in a decision penned by Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, granted the petition of five Lazada riders --- Chrisden Cabrera Ditiangkin, Hendrix Masamayor Molines, Harvey Mosquito Juanio, Joselito Castro Verde, and Brian Anthony Cubacub Nabong.
