MANILA, Philippines --- The eastern parts of Luzon can expect a cloudy and rainy weekend due to the shear line and the northeast monsoon, state meteorologists said Friday. Weather updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) for Friday afternoon located the shear line northeast of the Camarines provinces in the Bicol region. Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon would still feel the effects of the northeast monsoon or amihan, with the Cagayan Valley and Aurora to experience rain and colder weather from Friday to the weekend.
