Quezon towns suspend classes due to bad weather

LUCENA CITY --- Several towns in Quezon province suspended classes at all levels in public schools due to continuous rains brought by the shear line on Friday. The Quezon Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office announced that classes from pre-school to high school in the towns of Atimonan, Calauag,General Luna, Guinyangan, Mulanay and Tagkawayan, and classes at all levels in Pitogo and Catanauan have been suspended as of 12: 30 p.m. It also warned of possible flash floods or landslides in hazard-prone areas.
