MANILA, Philippines --- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), local traffic bureau heads, and officials from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Thursday approved the final draft of the Metro Manila Traffic Code for the proposed single ticketing system in Metro Manila.
