MANILA, Philippines --- Seven people --- among them a daughter of Sen. Ronald dela Rosa --- were rescued on Monday by a police team from a chartered boat that stalled off Barangay Catagman in Samal City in Davao del Norte, according to a statement issued on Wednesday by the from the Philippine National Police Maritime Group.
