Cloudy skies, rain to persist over parts of Luzon on Tuesday — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines --- Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers are forecast over several parts of Luzon on Tuesday due to the effects of the northeast monsoon, a low pressure area (LPA) and the shear line, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. According to Pagasa, the LPA was last spotted 245 kilometers east of Maasin City, Southern Leyte.
