  MANILA, Philippines --- Two low pressure areas (LPAs) now inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) are expected to bring rains in most parts of the country, the state meteorologists said on Wednesday. The two LPAs are located 405 kilometers southwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and 125 kilometers east of Guian, Eastern Samar, said Daniel James Villamil, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration(Pagasa). Villamil, however, said the two LPA have a low chance of becoming a tropical cyclone over the next 24-48 hours.
