PSC boosts grassroots football program with under-13 tourney

The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) will create a national tournament designed to find promising talents in football. PSC Chair William "Butch" Ramirez recently announced the plans for the 2020 Chairman's Cup, a platform to find the best under-13 players in support of the Football Para Sa Lahat development program of various football associations (FAs) in the country. The PSC will partner with the Negros Occidental Football Association, which joined hands with the other FAs for the just-concluded Mindanao Cup, Nofa Cup (Visayas leg) and the forthcoming Luzon Cup on Nov. 21 to 24 at Jose V.
