Former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain has filed a defamation suit against BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj over televised remarks made on October 5th. Jain alleges Swaraj falsely accused him of possessing illicit wealth – ₹3 crores, 1.8 kg of gold, and 133 gold coins – recovered from his residence, further labeling him "corrupt" and "fraudulent.
