Bombay HC says luxury car owners merely assembled at BKC mall, quashes Jan 26 FIR
The Bombay High Court has dismissed a First Information Report (FIR) filed by the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) police in January 2024 against the owners of 31 luxury cars. The FIR was related to these cars assembling outside a mall, allegedly breaching an order restricting gatherings of more than five people on the eve of Republic Day.
