Dawood’s nephew, two others acquitted in 2019 extortion case
special court on Friday acquitted three men including the nephew of fugitive terror accused Dawood Ibrahim, for allegedly threatening a city builder to forgo Rs 15 lakh one of the accused owed him. The trio, Dawood’s brother Iqbal Kaskar’s son Rizwan Ibrahim (Kaskar) and Ahmedraja Vadhariya and Ashfaq Towelwala were booked under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
