Delhi HC asks ED to submit note on CM Kejriwal passing orders in custody
Delhi High Court has requested the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to present its report to the special judge concerning Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's issuance of orders while under ED custody in a suspected money laundering case related to the now-defunct excise policy. The central agency informed the court that it was not providing any infrastructure to Kejriwal for passing orders.
