Delhi police special cell nabs two fugitives involved in 8-year-old murder case
The two accused, identified as Kabir Nat alias Shakil Khalifa and Bablu Nat, were declared Proclaimed Offenders by the Honourable Court in 2018 and had managed to evade arrest for eight years.
