Bombay HC overturned Customs' decision confiscating body massagers, stating they are not sex toys. The court dismissed a petition challenging a tribunal's ruling on the matter. The Commissioner of Customs had confiscated the goods claiming that body massagers could be used as adult sex toys & such items are prohibited for import.
